John M. Campbell & Co./PetroSkills is pleased to announce the PetroSkills-MTech program though Curtin University of Technology (Western Australia).
The MTech, Master of Technology (Petroleum Technology), is a part-time, online program for full-time employees in the oil and gas industry, who attend Campbell/PetroSkills courses to further their knowledge and skills.
There are two streams of study:
- Facilities Engineering
- Reservoir/Production Engineering.
The program’s courses for the Facility Engineering stream include selections from Campbell disciplines of Gas Processing, Pipeline/Transportation, Electrical and Instrumentation, Production Facilities, Mechanical, Operations Management and Reliability. The G-4 Gas Conditioning and Processing, G-6 Gas Treating and Sulfur Recovery, ME-62 Turbomachinery Monitoring and Problem Analysis and PL-4 Fundamentals of Onshore and Offshore Pipeline Systems courses are a few of the selected Campbell courses in the program. For a complete list of courses, click here. Candidates for the program must meet the following requirements:
- Past, current or commencing participants in Campbell/PetroSkills approved courses (courses need to have been completed in the last three years)
- Have an undergraduate degree with a minimum of one year’s relevant work experience
- Meet the Curtin postgraduate entrance requirements for English language competency
Applications are currently being accepted. The Facility Engineering program start date is 5 Sept.
