Since being associated with Campbell he has project managed protracted training programs. For a number of years he worked within National Police Training, where he designed, directed and evaluated courses at a National level, including management courses.  He has been involved in Computer Supported Collaborative E-Learning since 1996 and has directed Coach\/Mentor and Management courses in this medium.
